Terms of Service

1. The service. SISTEMAKOPH Personal Finance is a personal record-keeping tool. Balances, budgets, projections and insights are calculated from what you enter. It does not move money, connect to banks, or pay bills on your behalf.
2. Not financial advice. Insights and loan projections are estimates and observations, not financial, investment, tax or legal advice.
3. Your account. Keep your password private. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the accuracy of your records.
4. Acceptable use. Do not upload unlawful content, malware, or other people's personal data without permission, and do not attempt to access other users' data.
5. Plans. The service is free during launch. If paid plans are introduced, prices and limits are shown before purchase. Downgrades never delete your existing records.
6. Your data. You own your records. You can export or delete them at any time (see the Privacy Notice).
7. Availability. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee it is uninterrupted. Keep your own exports of important records.
8. Liability. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions made using the service.
9. Changes. We will notify you of material changes to these terms.
